How should I prepare for a recruitment tour?

At the moment we receive your Application, we start a continuous process of information. We will support you in selecting the most appropriate promotional material for each school; help you prepare your presentation; guide you on how to execute your trip easily and efficiently, and so on.

What are the Recruiter’s tasks during the tour?

The Recruiter should only worry about promoting his university- interviews with students, counselors and parents; networking and public info sessions. In each moment the Recruiter is supported by the Tour Coordinator and will receive his professional help, advice and representation.

And after the tour? How can I best take advantage of the trip?

We recommend you do an immediate follow up of all your contacts. If you wish, SRT can provide this service for you. Our Marketing Team will design the follow up messages for your new contacts and do the mass mailing by the rules of Email Marketing. SRT participates in this process until the moment that the student sends you an application or makes another choice.

Will I only contact High School students and Counselors?

No. You will also meet the students' parents during the events and key school contacts during the networking events organized for each tour.
